The prototype loads quickly in any modern web browser (such as Internet Explorer 5/6 and Mozilla Firefox), no addtional plug-ins are required. To date there are no suitable off-the-shelf solutions for creating simualtions. Therefore a simulation engine was built using the PHP programming language to provide the best technical solution to the requirements demanded by the project specification.
